Standard #10 (SIII)

Standard #10: Professional Development

Reflection:
   - In Seminar III, we had the opportunity to develop a Personal Improvement Plan (PIP).  This was a worksheet in which you as a teacher set goals for teaching and then write which standards apply to each goal, while discussing the things you already have done that incorporate these goals.  This worksheet with my two goals, to integrate curriculum and technology helped me to understand how education research can be used as a means for continuous learning, self assessment, and development.  During this worksheet I had the opportunity to collaborate with other members in my classroom and was able to give and receive help.  I also learned about these two goals through many informative websites on integrated curriculum and integrating technology into my lessons.
