    • Your job is to create a survey of favorites that the class will vote on. There must be at least five surveys. You must use the Chart Wizard to create a chart of each survey.

Microsoft PowerPoint-

  • Biography
    • Your job is to research a famous person (no one in music, movies or on TV) and build a PowerPoint presentation to highlight that person's life. Minimum of six slides, linear.
  • Travelossi Project
  • Buying a New Car-(Windows MovieMaker or PowerPoint)
    • Your family has decided they are too busy to research a new car. They ask you to use the Internet to determine what car would be best for your family. But, you have a spending limit. This project could be in the form of a personalized commercial or presentation to your family.
  • Business Website- (Microsoft Publisher)
    • You have started your business and now you need a website! Create a three-page website to promote your business. Include a Home page, Product/Service page and an About Us page. Use animation, text and graphics to enhance your site.

Internet Research-

  • Website Directory
    • The best of the Web is at your fingertips, but you may not know it. This will be at list of your most useful websites on the Internet, and not the ones you use for fun! The sample is one teachers could use, but you must build one that students may use. 20 site minimum, hyperlinking, with images.
  • Website Evalutation
  • Game Calculations
    • What are your chances at winning the big money? Play the online game Deal or No Deal and then use your math skills to calculate the chances of winning. Use the Chances Spreadsheet to show contestants their chances based on number of cases and money left.
