Goal:

My ultimate goal as a third grade Language Arts teacher particularly according to the New Jersey Core Curriculum Standards, (NJCCCS) is to adapt and modify my instruction, provide various assessments, and provide various assignments to accommodate the special learning needs for all children.

Objective:

In order to accomplish my goal I will:

• Meet the needs of all learners particularly the ESL students by using a wide range of teaching techniques to accommodate and modify my various teaching strategies, services, and resources, including technology.
