administrators shall be educational leaders who promote the success of
all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a school culture
and instructional program conducive to student learning and staff
professional growth.
In this study the use of modeling as a teaching technique to
influence the development of improved student performance will be
examined. The effect of providing aural and visual models on the
achievement of students in beginning band classes will be
explored. The relationship between the instrumental music
teachers modeling and their effect on student performance standard and
performance behaviors will also be examined.
