First you will need to Download this Zip file of Virtural TI (vti.exe)

*It is best if you save this file to your desktop, so it is easy to find.

 

Step #2:

Unfortunately, this VTI program does not work with a Silver USB link.

Fortunately, the TI web-site provides you with a ROM file that you need to run the TI Emulator!

CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINKS TO BE LED TO ROM DOWNLOAD

*You must save this ROM file into the unzipped VTI file (from Step #1)
