Individually, select the country of your interest that you would like to explore. (Latin America, Spain or the Caribbean.)  Then choose at least four cities you will visit.

Go to the sites provided, listed under resources and begin to explore. Take notes so you can keep track of the information you have found, and the sources where the information was gathered. 

After you have gathered all the required information, create a detailed itinerary of all the places you have visited, and create one visual you will share with the class. (Poster, picture brochure, or hand out etc.) Be creative. Make sure to stay in budget and fulfill the minimum requirements.
