Planning and Preparation
Throughout my learning experience I have observed several style of teaching. There is no one way of knowing which style will work for me. I won‚t be able to say I am this type of teaching style. I understand that with every new school year there is also a new challenge. With every child there is unique way of learning. It is my mission to bring out the very best in all of my students. Each student should be given the chance to explore his or her style(s). They should be taught in the style that better suits them and makes them feel positive about themselves. As a new teacher, I will learn to explore my style as my students explore theirs. I shall develop written lesson plans and unit plans reflecting the knowledge of the students containing different learning styles, a structure objective and evaluation. The evaluation should reflect the work that the students are both capable of producing and reflect my lesson and unit plan.
