Subject Matter Knowledge
Teacher understand all aspect of main concepts pertaining to the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards (CCCS), and. Teachers can accoppmlplish this by developing diverse learning activities, allowing the subject matter to be accessible and meaningful to every students.
Standard Two
Human Growth and Development
Teachers understand how to incorporate school, family, and community to help the student grow intellectually, socially ,emotionally, and physically. As the teacher, I will make myself available to talk with parents. I will also incorporate activities pertaining to everyday living.
Standard Three
Diverse Learners
Teachers understand of different learning techniques and styles for different types of learners. I can accomplish this by researching and staying current with new technology.
Standard four
Instructional Planning and Strategies
Teachers understanding planning, time management components of teaching, and developmental strategies that are appropriate to increase productive learning all around.

Teachers understand and implement multiple assessment strategies and interpret results to evaluate and promote student learning.

Learning Environment
Theachers should make their classroom evnironment comfotable for both themselves and their studemts. Learning tools and activities should be made assessable for the students at all times.

The teacher should make accomadation for all students learning stles, inclus=ding students with special needs.

Communication
The teacher should always use appropiate and respectful language in the classroom, also, expecting the same from their students. The students should always feel comfortable to communicate with the teacher.

Collaboration and Partnerships
The teacher should have a relationship with all students' parents, and learning supports in the school environment.

Professional development
The teacher should always seek information or workshops that wil further increase their ablilties to grow as a professional.
