I have many concerns, passions, and desires for and about the field of education and it is emphasized in my evolving philosophy. One major concern that I have is about the misapplications of high-stakes testing. The public must become aware that designing and implementing a test improperly causes very serious penalties that will hurt their children. One major passion that I have is the creation of involved communities of lifelong passionate learners. Children emulated the community and what it regards, so the community must be engaged in the school system and in lifelong learning. A major desire that I have is to motivate students to become passionate learners.  Students must learn that their education is a journey...a never ending journey. I hope to address these concerns, passions and desires throughout my career to help me become the kind of teacher I dream of being.
