Welcome to my Edfolio website!

     My name is Kristina Szalay. I am currently a 5th grade student teacher at the John A. Forrest School in Fair Lawn, NJ and I am also enrolled in the M.A.T program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am anticipating my December graduation with my New Jersey Teaching Certification with Advanced Standing and my Master's degree in Teaching. I am currently the Head Bowling Coach for Bergen County Technical School, Dr. John Grier Campus. My duties involves the proper coaching of all student athletes, facilitating in the collegiate level academics and athletics, and maintaing and improving upon academic and athletic success for each student athlete.

     As an Undergraduate I participated on Fairleigh Dickinson University's NCAA Division 1 Bowling team which won the school's first ever NCAA Championship. Last winter I worked as the assistant bowling coach for Elmwood Park High School which I was responsible for the proper coaching of all student athletes as well as participating in the collegiate recruitment of several athletes.
