My name is Nera and I am an MAT student in the Fairleigh Dickinson School of Education. I have a B.A. in Psychology and find a special interest in working with young children. I am currently a Montessori preschool teacher and building administrator of a private school in my town. I hope to continue working with children by providing an environment that sparks interest and excitement about learning.
This website is designed to help educators and parents. I hope to provide information, resources and ideas to increase understanding of the most important educational years of a child's life, birth through age six. The development of the young mind is both fascinating and wonderful- like a sponge, it absorbs everything. Children always surprise me with their curiosity and ingenuity. We must educate children, but they are also to educate themselves.
