Important Notes to Students:

Begin by downloading the sample Excel workbook using the link above and saving the file to your computer.  You can download the file directly to your computer by right-clicking the link above, then using the 'Save Target As' command.

IMPORTANT:  As soon as you download the Excel file, rename the file by replacing the text 'StudentID' with your actual FDU ID.  Make sure there are no spaces in the file name. For example, if your student ID is 0123456, the file name should be PortfolioSummary0123456.xls

After revising the sheet (see instructions in the sample Excel workbook), upload your file to the SOE Web server using EdFolio's 'Files' page... then change the link above to point to your Excel file instead of the sample.  Should you need a clean copy of the Excel workbook go to http://edweb.fdu.edu/templates/PortfolioSummaryStudentID.xls.

Remember to edit your 'Portfolio at a Glance' workbook, using Microsoft Excel, working on a file that has been saved to your computer.  After saving your changes, use EdFolio to upload your revised file to the SOE Web server.  Do not work on an Excel sheet you are viewing with your Web browser.
